It takes 2-3 days to process your order and once your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a Tracking Number via email. Shipping inside of Ireland should take between 2-3 working days. Orders being shipped outside of Ireland can take between 5 - 10+ working days depending on where the final destination will be.
All of our products are printed and embroidered in store to order and sometimes during busy periods there can be some delays. If we think there will be delays on our end we will email you and let you know.

If you select the collect in-store option in shipping method you can collect your order at the address below.
Once your order is fulfilled we will send you an email letting you know that it is ready for collection.
Our store is open from 8am - 4pm Mon - Fri but please check in with us before collection.
If you accidentally selected Collect In-Store and would like to have your order posted out to you please purchase the An Post Express delivery at the link below and select Collect In-Store for this purchase.
RETURN POLICY :
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must be still attached. If the item isn't acceptable for resale then we cannot offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require your order number or instore proof of purchase.

Products cannot be accepted or exchanged if product
- has been washed,
- has a distinct smell
- product is returned with animal or human hair
- product does not have original tags attached
- Headwear cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Items cannot be returned for
- ordinary wear and tear
- damage caused by improper use or accident
- If product care instructions are not followed
- If the items is discontinued
Gift cards are non refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are non-refundable. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size within 30days from purchase while stock lasts. If the item is no longer in stock we can offer you store credit.
Exchanges/Change of size (if applicable)
If you need to change size or exchange for the same item :
- Send us an email at email@example.com to let us know. Please fill out the return form located in your package and include it with the item you are returning.
-Exchanges must be made within 30days of purchase.
- Mail your item to the address below.
- Please include the form that was included in your package with your return/exchange
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item we will email to let you know that your change of size/exchange is ready for collection/shipping.
If you need to have your change of size/exchange posted back out to you please purchase the An Post Express delivery at the link below and select Collect In-Store for this purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
